Description - This high-quality 1 million sq ft mixed-use scheme developed by Allied London in the heart of Manchester, is now widely seen as having set a new benchmark in world-class design for innercity regeneration. It incorporates signature commercial, residential, civic and leisure buildings all integrated into a carefully planned and managed urban environment on the south bank of the River Irwell.
The £5.8 million contract placed with Red Architectural incorporated a high-specification envelope to enclose the 15-storey development. It included a number of tilt-slide window and folding-slide door assembly packages together with a large quantity of striking terracotta, zinc, timber and metal rainscreen cladding.

Description - This high rise residential development overlooking Liverpool's waterfront was successfully completed by Red Architectural. An off site system formed the back-up walls to which zinc, terracotta, granite and carrera rainscreen systems were attached.

Description - This prestigious 9 storey office building built over two phases is in the heart of Manchester's west end and includes high specification apartments, office and leisure. Red Architectural was responsible for the installation of low pitch Kingspan roof, together with FW50+ curtain walling to the commercial areas. The resident's area is a combination of Schüco RS65 and Velfac composite windows.

Description - New Central is a new urban quarter for Woking. These Architectural stunning buildings are another part of the continued regeneration and development of the town centre, making it an attractive location for London commuters.
