Featuring Technal Trame horizontal glazing, Spanwall feature canopy and bespoke aluminium plant screens at roof level, the façade provides a focal point for the city’s burgeoning leisure quarter.

The project also features a bespoke brise soleil system developed in-house, Kalzip standing seam roof, feature bullnose and a dramatic planar entrance screen providing a total envelope solution.
