Sometimes this will consist simply of remedial work to solve a specific problem, sometimes it will involve completely replacing a façade. Either way, Red Maintain has the technical knowledge to identify the cause of the problem and to implement the best and most cost-effective solution.

In addition to dealing quickly and efficiently with failing façades, Red Maintain cleans and refurbishes exteriors and completely re-skins buildings. It also replaces doors and windows and re-glazes atria as well as producing its own pressed metal work where necessary.

Red Maintain undertakes both the manufacture and installation of the required work and prides itself on its fast, flexible service and on its ability to meet the shortest of deadlines.

A particular skill of the division is its ability to plan and implement access strategies which ensure that work on site is completed in the most efficient and cost effective way. This requires considerable attention to detail and a high degree of experience and technical expertise.
