Project Management and Installation

Red assigns full-time Project Managers to all major projects. It is their job to ensure that every part of the project runs smoothly from initial delivery of materials, their storage on site and the installation process, right through to final site clearance.They are responsible for checking all systems including paint finishes and measured items.
