Red has recently secured the latest phase of Riverside Quarter, Wandsworth. Employed by Galliford Try, the scheme will involve 400 new apartments. It is a major masterplan mixed use development designed in collaboration between Carey Jones Architects and Make Architects. The approved plans comprise of six new residential buildings with varying height rising from four to fifteen storeys which is set above a two storey commercial podium.
The scheme also provides 180,000 sq ft of commercial space on the lower levels which will bring new jobs to the area. Architecturally the unique feature of the scheme is the design for the conservatory style loggias, with retractable glazing which provide an ingenious indoor/outdoor living zone. Each building is structured as a series of 'interlocking silver clad shells' and has been designed to maximise the views of landscaped gardens, the river and the Hurlingham Club beyond. Each apartment features full height glazing on the leading edge of each 'shell' that allows a significant increase in natural light to the apartments.

Tamworth Nursery (Special Needs) was started in the early 1970’s by the local ladies group, they arranged for a specialized building to be built by asking the local community to purchase individual bricks at £1.00 per brick, after almost 40 years the nursery was re-located into the grounds of the local Special Needs School, although they still remain independent.
The latest Ofsted report judged the nursery to be "outstanding" and an "inspirational provision".
At present the nursery caters for 32 pre-school children suffering from a range of physical and mental disabilities, unfortunately some children are terminally ill. The more severely ill children are assessed on a one to one basis. Children are observed and assessed to ascertain whether they will benefit from Main Steam or Special Needs Education.
The nursery also offers joint assessment with local paediatricians for a 6 week period to assist them in obtaining a clearer picture of the child thus enabling them to get all the support they need. Staff also work along side physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech & language therapist ensuring that the children benefit from all the therapies they require.
A weekly Stay & Play session offers support, advice and respite to parent’s and arrange for short courses in areas such as Autism Awareness, Communication and Behaviour Management.
The toys supplied by Red provide sensory awareness, motor skills, and assist with social behaviour.
