Accurate estimating is an essential component of every successful business. To ensure that we get this right, we employ Estimators and Bid Managers who are experts in individual disciplines such as glazing,
cladding, roofing and solar energy installations.

Importantly, we have Designers who only work alongside our Estimators meaning that when Red bids for a job, much of the design work will have been done and the initial price will be more accurate as a result. Red clients therefore enjoy the advantage of being quoted costs that do not need constant revision.

Furthermore, because of our innovative approach to design, we can often suggest an alternative way of tackling a problem which can lead to a lower price and a faster completion time than our competitors can offer. Our supply chain partners also provide useful input into the tendering process.

For all these reasons, we prefer to be introduced to a project at an early stage because this allows our clients to obtain maximum benefit in terms of cost and time-savings.
