Company philosophy is quite simple – to be successful and attain recognition as a professional subcontractor. To this end we have recruited only suitable employees who can integrate and provide the correct working attitude for the team philosophy.
We also extend this attitude to our specialist supplier base and subcontracted workforce. This has allowed us to progress rapidly with unique relationships built on team effort and trust with the knowledge of success as a recognized part of our achievements.
Red Architectural’s main investment in qualified individuals and personnel has been instigated to achieve the total envelope sub-contractor status. We achieve this by carrying out all aspects of our product design, co-ordination and interface development in-house at one design source.
Our Commercial department has the capability to provide the client needs whether it be traditional, two stage or fully negotiated projects.
Design is carried out by our in-house Drawing Office with a team of over twelve personnel using the latest CAD technology. The team is supported by our Engineering Department.
Contracts are resourced with a combination of multi-disciplined direct and subcontract labour force, all of whom are managed by our team of in-house Contracts and Project Managers.
Fabrication is carried out at our factory in Lichfield where our highly skilled workforce is complimented by the latest CNC machinery.
All aspects of the business are overseen by our Quality Assurance Manager and our Health & Safety Officer which has helped to achieve the highest standards in quality and safety. |
